Alright being 5″1′ I honestly haven’t been able to decide if I can pull of the “bootie” look or not…
But one of my girlfriends that is my height the other day was rocking them and just looked so cute!
So I am giving the bootie a second thought and I think based off my findings I am up for the challenge.
