Healthy Brussel Sprout Delight!

I am a sucker for brussel sprouts, I absolutely LOVE them.

So last night I tried a new recipe that is easy, amazing and I just had to share with you..

Want something healthy and delicious, give these a try!

Alright so here is what you need: 

For Brussel Sprouts:

  • 20 Brussel Sprouts cut into wedges
  • Canola Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

For Aioli:

  • 6 tbs Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic minced fine
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Garlic Salt


For Brussel Sprouts:

Cut all the brussel sprouts in half. Then, place brussel sprouts in a  bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Crack some fresh salt & pepper to taste. Then pour them onto a baking sheet and make sure they are all facing up,(inside the brussel sprout facing upwards).  Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown on at least one side.

For Aioli:

Mix together the greek yogurt, garlic, garlic salt and lemon juice.
