Healthy Brussel Sprout Delight!

I am a sucker for brussel sprouts, I absolutely LOVE them.

So last night I tried a new recipe that is easy, amazing and I just had to share with you..

Want something healthy and delicious, give these a try!

Alright so here is what you need:Β 

For Brussel Sprouts:

  • 20 Brussel Sprouts cut into wedges
  • Canola Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

For Aioli:

  • 6 tbs Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic minced fine
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Garlic Salt


For Brussel Sprouts:

Cut all the brussel sprouts in half. Then, place brussel sprouts in a Β bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Crack some fresh salt & pepper to taste. Then pour them onto a baking sheet and make sure they are all facing up,(inside the brussel sprout facing upwards). Β Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown on at least one side.

For Aioli:

Mix together the greek yogurt, garlic, garlic salt and lemon juice.
