The Balancing Act of Summer Appropriate Work Outfits

I LOVE Spring and Summer there is no question about that.

BUT

Dressing appropriately in a very conservative organization during the humid spring and summer months is going to be quite the challenge.

Not only because it is severely warm outside but  because it is  freezing inside as well. (not a huge fan of air conditioning ..brr)

But the balancing act between the elements of HOT and COLD temperatures and CONSERVATIVE and SPRING/SUMMER friendly clothing is not so easy…

So I thought I would turn to Pinterest for a bit of inspiration!
