Benefits of Warm Lemon Water



My friends and I have officially started detox week!

One of the many things we have incorporated into our week is drinking warm lemon water.

There are SOOO many benefits to what this natural drink can do for you, so I thought I would share!


  1. Boost your Immune System-Lemons are high in Vitamin C and Potassium
  2. Balances pH Levels-Lemon’s help reduce your bodies overall acidity.
  3. Helps with weight loss-Lemons are high in pectin fiber w hich helps fight hunger cravings.
  4. Aids Digestion- The warm water serves to stimulate your intestines and the minerals in the lemons help losing un-needed toxins.
  5. Acts as a Gentle Diuretic- Lemon juice helps flush out unwanted toxins in the body.
  6. Helps clear up your Skin- Vitamin C helps reduce wrinkles and the acidity helps detox the blood allowing for skin to be more clear.

Put down the cup of coffee right off the bat in the morning and enjoy a warm cup of lemon water! If you still need the extra boost of caffeine then resort to your daily cup of joe.
