As I mentioned yesterday… Detox April month/week is creeping up on us!
I thought I would do a quick motivational post, since I know we all need a little extra push to get going and encourage everyone to commit to doing something HEALTHY and GOOD FOR THEM for them in the month of April.
It doesn’t have to be a huge detox or going overboard with going to the gym. It can be as small as choosing to bring a healthy lunch to work everyday, to shop at the farmers markets for natural food, setting up a walk date with someone at work instead of eating those extra cookies.
It all starts somewhere and I think most people would be surprise how even making the smallest change will make an improvement.
Make your health a priority. This body is the only one you get!
Little motivation to get you excited! I know, I need it!
Just give it a shot, I promise you won’t be sorry you did!
