What is your go to skinny lunch?
As I am a young twenty-something, living in the expensive city of D.C. I try to keep my lunches simple, full of nutrients, protein and fiber, while not spending an arm and a leg everyday.
Here is my go to :
Whole Foods Steamed Veggies ( they have multiple kinds to choose from)
Whole Foods Grilled To-Go Chicken
And most importantly…
Sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese!
A delicious and filling lunch for close to nothing!
