Holiday Hottie Series

As most of you know, I am a member of the Tone It Up community and our trainers have created a two week challenge for us to get in shape before celebrating the holidays with friends and family.

The basis of this challenge is to eat clean and healthy. Do cardio first thing in the morning and strength train at night. Remembering to eat 5-6 small meals a day and to drink A LOT of water.  Doesn’t sound that terrible right?

The best part of being a member of Tone It Up, is that you have a great community around you to support and inspire you to keep going. Their blog is full of women pushing themselves to new limits, learning from each other and most importantly motivating and encouraging you to keep it up.

Over the next two weeks, I will update you on my progress along with  fun new recipes and exercises, that I will use to help myself feel great and get in shape, just in time for the holidays.
