I was craving something healthy and happy so I decided to try one of my new Tone It Up recipes: Iced Vanilla Coffee with protein powder
In all honesty, if you haven’t tried this you are missing out. IT IS AMAZING!
Protein to keep your metabolism in high gear and coffee to keep you awake for the next few hours. Whats not to love?
Recipe:
Brew your favorite coffee
Pour over a cup of ice to cool off
Then pour into a blender bottle and add a scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 small packet of sugar
and SHAKE!
Pour into a cute mug and feel the happiness take over 🙂
