Today I did something exciting! I have been needing something to help me in the nutrition department as well as reignite my motivation to work out and keep my body lean and mean.
So, I decided to join Karena and Katrina, two personal trainers who created the fitness program Tone It Up! Its not a diet but a nutrition and work out plan, that provides plenty of clean recipes, great work outs both online and print outs to take to the gym and great online support group!

It was amazing even before I joined I mentioned on twitter that I was thinking about doing it and received a great response of support and encouragement from TIU girls around the country. I can feel the positive energy already and can’t wait to get started!
