There is just a feeling that comes about when football season arrives. You can feel the fall air, people’s competitive spirit remerging and Sunday Funday becomes what you look forward to all week!
I have never been a cook and quite frankly have relied heavily on cereal and milk for most of my meals, but as I have found the challenge of finding new recipes and cooking to be fun, I decided that Sunday is going to become my new day to try to new recipes out!
Drinks, great food, friends and hot men in tight pants what more could I ask for!
Personally, I am a DENVER BRONCOS fan and have been since I started watching football with my dad when I was a little girl! So, as I cook these delicious enchiladas you know I am sporting my new Peyton Manning Denver Broncos shirt!
My First Recipe Attempt: Avocado Chicken Enchiladas
Outcome: SUCCESS!!!!!!!
This recipe looks complicated but it wasn’t as hard as it seemed! I substituted greek yogurt for the sour cream in the sauce and also added a bit of hot sauce since the bf loves his food a bit spicy.
This delicious recipe was from the blog Gimme Some Oven if you want to check it out and give it a shot!!
OH…. and Steelers fans, bring it on! GOOOOOOO BRONCOS!!!!
